Hello again, I went to the shoulder specialist who saw the mri and dismissed the findings about the supraspinatus, the cysts (which were located below of a portion of the supraspinatus), and the sub-AC area due to the fact that I do not have any symptom indicating a problem with any of these findings. He said that it is a slap lession which is not severe (I asked for the grade but he said that nobody can know without contrast but there is no need for it, and in the mri it seems pretty small like close to none). He said that I should do some exercise but I do not know if it is well programmed or programmed for the average individual that do not weight train. I am waiting to see the plan and then I will fill the form.

Thank you for your time. I understand. I do have full range of motion on my shoulder or at least there is no limitation with respect to my range of motion before the injury. The symptoms are a dull ache and a constant needle kind of feeling in front and deep into the shoulder (which fluctuates to more or less needley). I do not want to attach any bold mechanical cause but I think it is more of a bicep issue. I will wait for the consulatation with the doctor and then I might fill the form for rehab or further questions. edit: Just for the shake of completeness. I had crepitus on this shoulder years before the injury so maybe some OA imaging findings might have been there for a long time but who knows. (28 male, 170cm,79kg, waist 77cm)

Hello, thank you for the reply. A better translation is subperiosteal, i do not have the imaging right now only the report. When i get it, I might fill the form. Do you think that I should stop activity until the consultation with the doc? Usually the day after activity my shoulder is better. By activity currently i mean minimal activity of the 1st week of the template.
